Three blocks from the beach. Two blocks from the plaza.
A half-block from the bustling main street lined with boutique shops and open-air restaurants.
Ah, the restaurants.
Fish tacos, French pastries, pizza or gourmet Italian.
Falafels, arrachera steak ... Sayulita-style.
Smoothies, lattes, jalapeño margaritas.
In every direction, the sights and sounds of Sayulita.
Street musicians and jewelry makers.
Surfboards and golf carts.
The pineapple truck making the rounds.
And the town crier, of sorts, announcing the fresh catch-of-the-day, “Camarones!”
Quickly you’ll realize you’ve landed in the heart of Mexico.
Then, approaching the gates of Casa Joyero, up the gentle slope of cobblestone, the next revelation …
you’ve landed in style.

The dramatic angles of the sapphire blue structure merge effortlessly into the clear blue skies above Sayulita.  Influenced by Mexico’s most beautiful cities and by the vibrant pueblo below, Casa Joyero combines classic Spanish colonial style with elements reminiscent of the 1930s avant-garde studios of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera.

Consisting of a two-bedroom casita and a one-bedroom studio, the property was designed with options in mind. Once inside the main gates, both La Casita and El Estudio guests are afforded separate, private entrances. This allows the property to be offered in a variety of configurations depending on the size of the guest party.
We have more details to share, but for now, lift the lid and gaze inside the jewel box that is Casa Joyero.

Beyond the hand-forged gates, native flagstone from the Sierra Madres creates a dynamic common entry. A beautiful stone wall of smooth river rock gives the impression of an old structure recently brought back to life. Bougainvillea frames the roof line. As you pass the elongated windows of the studio and approach the double iron doors, the property begins to diverge.
The gallery of interior images below represents the beauty and amenities of La Casita. Spend some time. Because, as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Booked in total, Casa Joyero can accommodate up to six guests.
La Casita alone, up to four guests.
For a couple or a single traveler, El Estudio meets every need.
For larger parties, we have more to offer.
As you can see, standing alone, Casa Joyero is exceptionally unique and graciously accommodating. However, when the need calls for even more space, the integration with her adjacent sister property, Villa Zafiros, is brilliant.
Coupled together Casa J and Villa Z can lodge up to twelve guests with a menu of options ranging from four, five or six bedrooms.  If you are interested in learning more about reserving the compound in an arrangement that meets your needs, contact us and we can answer all your questions.
